Artist Profile – Doc Ross


Doc Ross’ photographs aim to encapsulate the beauty of form.  His portrayals of landscapes are often minimalist and visually stunning, presenting the viewer with a unique moment captured in time. Ross states that “I am an old fashioned photographer in that I look for form in everything. I am always excited when confronted with a beautiful or thought provoking image, just as I am by nature or man made objects of great beauty.” Recently Ross has completed a series of collage works that deconstruct and reconstruct familiar scenes, creating an added interest to the aesthetic nature of the subject.
